Meat Meets Beer, An Evening by the Cookbook Co.
The Cookbook Co. Cooks is a series of themed dinners and classes that tantalize your tastebuds with delicious and compelling culinary experiences. Chef Craig Westhaver (who also doubles as Metrovino’s resident “beer guy”) presents an eclectic mix of meat-forward dishes, each perfectly paired with some intriguing suds. This hands-on evening will feature delicious proteins, a side of brews and possibly a small dash of mayhem. It’s food, it’s fun, it’s a fantastic one-night-only experience.
