A-List Terms of Service*

OVERVIEW This website is operated by A-List (owned by RedPoint Media Group Inc.). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to A-List. A-List provides this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or becoming a member, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, members, partners, and/or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing any part of the site or using any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, then you may not access the website or use any services.

We reserve the right to update or change any part of these Terms by posting updates to our website. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of those changes.

SECTION 1 - MEMBERSHIP TERMS By becoming a member of A-List, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your province or territory of residence. Memberships are non-transferable and intended for individual use only.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. A breach of these Terms may result in termination of your membership.

SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You agree not to duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from us. The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience and will not limit or affect the Terms.

SECTION 3 - EVENTS AND EXPERIENCES Membership grants access to curated events and experiences offered by A-List. Availability is limited and subject to change without notice.

A-List reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events. If an event is canceled, we will notify you with next steps or offer alternatives where possible. All sales are final unless stated otherwise.

A-List is not liable for any changes to event lineup, timing, or venue that are outside our control.

SECTION 4 - REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS Event purchases and membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Members may cancel their membership at any time. Canceling a membership does not entitle you to a refund for the current term but will prevent future renewals.

SECTION 5 - ACCOUNT ACCURACY AND BILLING You agree to provide current and accurate account information, including contact and payment details, and to update them promptly if anything changes.

We reserve the right to cancel or limit memberships or event access if we suspect misuse or suspicious activity.

SECTION 6 - A-DOLLARS AND REFERRALS A-Dollars are promotional credits issued at our discretion and hold no cash value. They can be used toward select A-List experiences.

Referral codes may be shared with friends. Abuse of referral incentives may lead to revoked rewards or suspension of your account.

SECTION 7 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES We may use third-party tools or platforms to deliver certain aspects of our service (e.g. payment processors, booking systems). We are not responsible for how these third parties operate, and your use of those services is at your own risk.

SECTION 8 - USER CONTENT If you share feedback, ideas, or other submissions with us, you grant A-List the right to use them for any purpose without compensation.

You agree not to post or submit content that is unlawful, offensive, or violates the rights of others. A-List may remove content or suspend access at its sole discretion.

SECTION 9 - PERSONAL INFORMATION Your submission of personal information through the site is governed by our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 10 - ERRORS AND UPDATES We do our best to keep information accurate and up to date, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies or omissions and to update service offerings without prior notice.

SECTION 11 - PROHIBITED USES You are prohibited from using the site or service:

  • For unlawful purposes
  • To solicit others to perform or participate in unlawful acts
  • To infringe on our or others’ intellectual property
  • To harass, defame, abuse, or discriminate
  • To upload or transmit viruses or malicious code

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account.

SECTION 12 - DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that your experience will be uninterrupted or error-free.

A-List is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service or attendance at events, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or personal injury.

SECTION 13 - INDEMNIFICATION You agree to indemnify and hold harmless A-List and RedPoint Media Group Inc. and its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims or demands due to your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

SECTION 14 - TERMINATION We may terminate your membership or access to the Service at any time without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms.

SECTION 15 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and A-List. Any prior agreements or understandings are superseded.

SECTION 16 - GOVERNING LAW These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
