The Hawthorn has become one of our favourite A-List partners, with fresh flavours from the Fairmont Palliser kitchen, thoughtfully paired with wine, cocktails and, for this A-List Experience, a collection of hand-crafted, zero-proof mocktails that excite and delight.

This A-List experience is available any Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday night in January.
